Send me your date, venue and guest count. I'll tell you within a day if I'm free.

We start with a consultation, then walk your venue together so I can see the day through your eyes.

  3. 03

    Plan together

We meet at 90, 60 and 30 days out. I build your timeline and confirm every vendor.

  4. 04

Questions, answered

What's the difference between a planner and a day-of coordinator?
A planner helps you build the wedding from scratch: vendors, budget, design. A coordinator steps in about 90 days out, learns your plan and makes sure the day runs the way you pictured it.
My venue has a coordinator. Do I still need one?
Venue coordinators look after the venue: the room, the bar, the clock. I look after you: your timeline, your vendors, your family and your details, from the rehearsal to the send-off.
My venue has a preferred vendor list. Can I still book you?
Usually, yes. Many venues approve outside coordinators. This page is a summary you can send them for sign-off.
What if it rains?
We plan a rain option at the walkthrough. On the day, I make the call with your venue and move what needs moving, so you don't have to think about it.
Do you travel?
I'm based in the Kansas City area. Weddings farther out are welcome with a travel fee, quoted up front.
How do I hold my date?
Send the contact form. If I'm free, I'll reply with the details and a simple agreement. A signed agreement and a retainer hold your date.
